2026 UPID Fee Structure
| Annual Parks Usage Fee | For residents only. This includes ball golf, disc golf, and a cart. | $100 per family |
| Annual Burn Pile | For residents only. Please abide by posted rules. UP Firefighter volunteers receive free annual parks fee and burn pile fee. | $25 |
| Annual Fee for Ball/Disc golf | This is for both residents & non-residents. | No Cart: $30 With Cart: $100 |
| Daily Fee for Ball/Disc Golf | Use the cashbox located at the start of the course | $5 |
Drop payment in the UP mailbox by the flagpole or mail to UPID 7321 Hi-View Dr Manhattan, KS 66503. UP Venmo for payment is @University-Park. Prefer check or cash to save on fees.
Pavilion/Clubhouse Reservations
- None at this time. Email UniversityParkBoard@Gmail.com to reserve the clubhouse/pavilion for your event!

–> 04/21 update: The Sport Court committee is currently securing pricing for site work materials, and have several residents who are willing to contribute time and equipment to complete some of the site work ourselves. If you are also interested in contributing time or equipment (skid steers, heavy equipment, etc.) please email the Board or call/text Sarah Dahl. This is in an effort to save money for the District. Fencing bids are also being secured. Details will be shared at the May Board meeting, with hopes to approve and move forward pending Board approval.
