2026 UPID Fee Structure
| Annual Parks Usage Fee | For residents only. This includes ball golf, disc golf, a cart, and walking trails. | $100 per household |
| Annual Burn Pile | For residents only. Please abide by posted rules. | $25 per household UP Firefighter volunteers receive free annual parks fee and burn pile fee. |
| Annual Fee for Ball/Disc golf | This is for both residents & non-residents. For residents, this is included in the Annual Parks Usage Fee | No Cart: $30 per household With Cart: $100 per household |
| Daily Fee for Ball/Disc Golf | Use the cashbox located at the start of the course, or Venmo | $5 per person |
Drop payment in the UP mailbox by the flagpole or mail to UPID 7321 Hi-View Dr Manhattan, KS 66503. UP Venmo for payment is @University-Park. Prefer check or cash to save on fees.
Pavilion/Clubhouse Reservations
- June 6, 2026 – 6pm to 10pm – EVERYONE IS INVITED to celebrate Manhattan Day! UPID was nominated by a resident and will receive a donation of hot dogs and buns to celebrate the city-wide Manhattan Day. Join your neighbors in an afternoon celebrating UP and Manhattan at the clubhouse!
- June 20, 2026 – Disc Golf Tournament hosted at UP – all day Saturday.
- June 26, 2026 – RESERVED – 5:30pm to 8:30pm
- July 4, 2026 – Community Fun Run in the morning!
- July 4, 2026 – RESERVED – 5pm to 10pm

–> The Sport Court committee is offering “buy a block” fundraising. There are large limestone blocks being purchased for a retaining wall to go at the north corner of the new pickleball/basketball court. Funds raised from this will go towards the retaining wall blocks, and any funds raised in excess will go towards other site work costs of the sport court. Donors will be recognized via a sign. You may get your donations for “buy a block” to a Board member, Venmo, or using the UP Mailbox.
