IMPORTANT NOTE: As of December 8, 2025 – Riley County will be taking over the snow removal in our area. Below is a list of the roads they will be clearing in addition to the black top roads they currently are clearing of snow.

2025 Fee Structure
Annual Parks Usage Fee including Ball/Disc Golf:/Golf Cart- $100 per family
Annual Fee for Disc golf: for residents and non residents. This does not include ball golf or golf cart. $30
Annual Disc Golf fee with golf cart: $100
Daily Ball/Disc Golf fee: $5/day
Annual Burn Pile: $25
Drop payment in the UP mailbox by the flagpole or mail to UPID 7321 Hi-View Dr Manhattan, KS 66503. Flag will have the same logo as last year with a different color.
UP Venmo for payment is @University-Park. Prefer check or cash to save on fees.
UP Firefighter volunteers receive free annual parks fee and burn pile fee. Thank you for your service to our community!
UP FireWise program – Todd Schmidt is our new coordinator for the FireWise program. Todd created an email address for FireWise (upidfirewise@gmail.com). You can email that address directly to report your Firewise hours.
IMPORTANT – At the June 2025 Board Meeting the UPID Board approved the elimination of the Covenants of Restriction. University Park now relies solely on Riley County rules and regulations and enforcement.
